Our Engineering Team

When it comes to Total MetalWorking Solutions, there are three critical factors to consider: Engineering, Engineering, and Engineering! In each of these cases, we have you covered.

Our 12-member engineering team is dedicated and experienced in all aspects of sheet metal engineering, whether mechanical, manufacturing, electrical, industrial, or tooling. In our state-of-the-art facility, we emphasize direct early customer involvement. It is our goal to determine which manufacturing process best fits your needs – to save you time and money, and still fulfill your singular requirements.

Our design engineers work with you to customize solutions to fit your specific needs.  We use solid modeling to design anything from a tiny handle and lever assembly to a full set of office furniture.

Our manufacturing engineers stay with your part for life.  They follow it from product design all the way through the manufacturing procedures, including tool tryout, first piece approval, process trial, and even on to operator training and quality plan implementation.  In this manner, we ensure that your part is built exactly as you intended it.  A product launch process called "New Order Review Process" or NORP is used to ensure this.  Read more about this in the NORP section.
