Currently, we have the following direct hire postions open :
Customer Service Planner : Plans and coordinates a reasonable and achievable production schedule to achieve maximum customer satisfaction, minimal inventories, and Company profitability. Primary customer interface for select sustaining products. The CSP is responsible for maintaining the integrity of all aspects of a customer order, from quotation through shipment. Interfaces with all departments within the company. Acts as the “voice of the customer” while maintaining a balance with Company’s objectives and polices. Education: BA or BSME degree. 3- 5 yrs experience related experience. Prefer experience in a sheet metal fabrication business.
Estimating Engineer : Prepare RFQ packages for quotation, (new & Engineering Change Orders, (ECO)). Convert customer files to usable formats for production and review drawings being sent to suppliers for correct customer specifications. Perform initial Design for Manufacturing & Assembly (DFMA) and Bill of Material (BOM) analysis. Resolve issues and generate preliminary routing including initiating any tooling requirements maintain all required data integrity on systems related to assignment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills required. Interface with all internal functional areas, customers and suppliers as required to complete assignments. Education: AS Mech Eng, BSME Preferred Experience: Minimum 2yrs estimating experience in a sheet metal fabrication business. 7 yrs experience may be substituted for degree requirements
Currently, we have the following temporary positions open :
Inspector II : Performs inspection of parts, assemblies, products and/or material for quality, defects, appearance, finishes and operations from specification or by visual comparison methods. Inspection of simple through complex first pieces and new tools. Must be capable of all secondary inspections and interpretations of drawings. Education: Minimum High School Diploma, AS degree preferred. 3-5 years experience. Prefer experience in a sheet metal fabrication business. Please note this position is a rotating position between 1st and 2nd shift.
Press Brake Operator/Set up : Using job production documentation, selects, loads, and aligns tools into press brake machines in order to produce metal parts from raw stock while insuring the safety integrity of the tool and the quality of the finished part. Please note this is a 2nd shift position.
