METAL FINISHING
Metal finishes are created through the use of both automated and manual equipment, including grinding, timesaving (grain finishing), media tumbling (deburring), and sandblasting.
ZINC PLATING
Monroe Plating, a wholly-owned subsidiary of McAlpin Industries, offers automated rack and barrel zinc electroplating with clear, yellow, black, and blue-bright chromates. Four fully automatic plating lines accommodate product sizes ranging from small hardware components to large mainframe enclosures. Quality and consistency is ensured by statistically controlling both the plating baths and the plated product. Monroe offers plating services to companies throughout the United States and Europe.
