With our precision sheet metal fabrication capabilities, McAlpin Industries specializes in manufacturing computer chassis, automotive parts, printers, business machine components and contract assembly.  We can work with ultra thin metal stock, as thin as 26 gauge, and our maximum metal thickness is 7 gauge.  Our fabrication capabilities include robotic welding, CNC forming, CNC punching, laser cutting, and more. We also offer in-house zinc and electroless nickel plating.

Our in-house robotic welding systems include both MIG and TIG. We can fabricate sheet metal up to 60 in. wide and 120 in. in length.  Besides fabrication, we also offer secondary services like design and development, as well as finite element analysis (FEA).  For more information on production runs from contract manufacturing to prototyping, contact us today.
