Using punch presses up to 440 ton capacity, McAlpin Industries, provides precision stamping services with tolerances to +/- 0.001 in. We manufacture complex stamping assemblies and pieces using conventional, cost effective and progressive dies. Tooling is designed, built and maintained in-house.

We work with metals that include carbon steel, aluminum, stainless, spring steel, copper, and exotic metals and alloys. We can provide a number of options that fi your volume and complexity needs.

Production Method	Compound Die Has a die black mounted on a punch plate with perforators in the upper die.
