Works directly with your supply chain to make sure parts are delivered on time. They understand your orders better than anyone and work daily with our planning, manufacturing, and shipping teams to deliver parts on time.
Technical Sales Engineer
This team member takes the leadership role in getting your new project started and making it successful. Their role is to work with the in-house engineering team to design the best tooling and process to meet your quality, cost, and delivery goals. Each of our Technical Sales Engineers has a diverse experienced background in metal manufacturing. Their goal is to help save you money and time, along with a hassle-free process, in purchasing parts for your project from McAlpin Industries.
Our Quality Engineers work with your quality team to ensure all the requirements and specifications you need are understood before we produce parts for you. Their goal is to thoroughly understand how your parts are going to be used to allow our quality management system to deliver parts error-free.
Our key associates will provide you with periodic updates to the status of your project from beginning to end. Whether you need a GANTT chart or any other documentation, each associate is flexible and can communicate updates based on your needs.
